The Challenge:

How can we train all our staff at a time to suit them and their managers, and give them a resource they can use for revision as well as training?

Our Solution:

An e-Learning tool that broke complex procedures down into simple guides. Combining text, graphics and video footage, we made the learning process engaging and fun. We designed a series of questions at the end of each module to test participants’ knowledge, which managers could access and monitor. We ensured the modules were easy to navigate, so that they can be used for revision as well as training.
